ACT Members are up at Edinburgh Fringe this year with three not-to-be missed shows!

James Alston will be showing off his comedy chops and Bard-brilliance in ShakeItUp: The Improvised Shakespeare Show. A hilarious evening of bard-based bedlam combining audience suggestions, overactive imaginations and, of course, the bards language to make a unique performance every night. Meanwhile, the ever-skilled Oliver Hume has directed Sherlock Holmes: The Speckled Band an adaptation of the story by Arthur Conan Doyle. A dying woman’s mysterious last words lead Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson to a crumbling country house in which Holmes must solve one of the darkest and most baffling cases of his career, this is Sherlock Holmes at his finest! Will Beynon is also playing at Gilded Balloon with Pinch Punch Improv’s Locomotive for Murder: The Improvised Whodunnit. Through audience suggestions and stories, Pinch Punch create a cast of four suspects boarding a train, though not everyone will survive the journey.
