With a 90 per cent minority ethnic cast and production team, this 24 minute film tackles issues of racism and oppression both on and off camera. It follows the life of Young Mark, an immigrant trying to find his feet in London after moving from his native Nigeria with his mother. Ciaran plays DI Duce, a tough, hard-nosed police officer.
The film was screened at Everyman cinemas across the country and is soon to be showing at SXSW Film Festival. Ciaran is pictured below at a cast Q&A in his hometown of Birmingham.
