Originally from Malta, Nicholas can bring intelligence, intensity and vulnerability to any role. He relishes stage productions and screen roles in equal measure.

His Mediterranean roots have earned him a variety of roles, ranging from understudying the Moroccan character Sofiane in Phaedra at the NT to playing a French prison jailor in the 2024 Count of Monte Cristo series starring Sam Claflin. Nicholas is also a qualified pronunciation coach, can speak conversational French, Italian and Arabic, and is a regular visitor to the gym.
